Built in the 18th century as a Gunpowder Owner’s Residence, PowderMills is incredibly flexible and we can host smaller working parties through to bigger groups with bedroom occupancy of over 100 people.
We have 2 event hubs and as many break-out spaces as you need, enabling group conferences of up to 200 people. Coupled with the 160 acres of outdoors space to enjoy walks, team building, al fresco meals and evenings with the fire-pits around the lake, PowderMills is stunning both indoors and out.
